Wedding Cakes, Your Memories - Our Expertise Our staff would like to thank you for considering Occasional Cakes for your wedding cake. We understand this will be one of the most memorable days in your life. We will be able to put your mind at ease in delivering to you a very delicious and beautiful wedding cake. You may order a tiered cake in increments of 25 servings. The minimum cake that we offer is a 50-serving, 2 tiered cake. The top "anniversary" tier (6" tier) is our gift to you and is not counted in the number of servings. A box will be provided to you for your top tier. Budget Advice To serve 175 guest or more, select a beautiful three tiered wedding cake to serve 100. Add undecorated sheet cakes to serve additional guest at $60.00 to $85.00 per cake. Ask about our Design Special at only $3.35 per serving in our standard flavors. Flavors Standard Flavors - Almond, Chocolate, Vanilla Butternut, Touch of Lemon, Vanilla Chocolate Marble, Lemon Chocolate Marble, Butter Rum, Pina Colada, Cherry Chocolate Marble, No Pink Strawberry, Pineapple, Orange Chocolate Marble, Banana, Touch of Orange, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Poppy Seed - $3.75 per serving. Specialty Flavors - German Chocolate, Chocolate Raspberry, Rum (using real rum), Chocolate/Chocolate Chip, Pineapple or Strawberry, Red Velvet - $4.75 per serving. Each cake is prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Icing choices include: Buttercream (made with real butter), Chocolate Buttercream, White Buttercream (made with butter flavoring) and Cream Cheese. Carrot Cake with Buttercream Icing. Also available with or without nuts and raisins - $6.50 per serving. Rolled Fondant additional $4.00 per serving for fondant icing. Rolled Fondant Bows & Ribbons add $1.75 - $2.75 per serving. Available Fillings: ($.80 per serving) Raspberry, Strawberry, Vanilla, Lemon and Pineapple. Delivery There will be a minimum delivery charge of $35.00 (exact amount will depend on distance) in Maryland,Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Fees to other locations available upon request. Deliveries required after 5 pm are available at an additional cost. Payment A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm your order. This $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another cake order. The balance is due 14 days prior to delivery. Payments made less than two weeks before delivery will accepted in cash, certified check or credit card only. Refundable Deposits A security deposit is required when special cake stands or fountain assemblies are rented. The refundable deposit, equal to the replacement value, is payable when the cake balance is due. A "Rental Agreement" is required at the time an order is placed. Date availability will change due to cancellations or postponements your date may become available. Please check back if your date is currently open.
